Key Responsibilities
- Mass Hiring Mastery: Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume sales and operations roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear KPIs and driving performance to meet aggressive monthly headcount targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Sourcing Innovation: Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and local networks to maximize reach.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-hire, Cost-per-hire, Offer-to-join ratio).
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a Team Lead/Managerial role.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Sales or BPO hiring is mandatory.
- Volume Hiring: Proven experience in Mass Hiring or Bulk Hiring environments.
- Language Skills:Fluency in Kannada is essential for local candidate engagement and market navigation.
- Work Ethics: Comfortable with a 6-day work week in an on-site office setting.
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or a related field.
