Ensure proactive and timely resolution of issues and the delivery of professional service in the accounts receivable (AR) process
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Address more complex issues with the relevant teams within the organization to pursue a permanent resolution
Working collaboratively with various finance departments to enhance operational efficiencies through timely invoice validation and query resolution
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closing processes for accounts receivable
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support as required
Continuous improvement mindset, enhance metrics and evaluate technology to optimize operations
Supervision of new transition projects and efforts to achieve proper stabilization of the AR process
Oversee system implementations and upgrades for all systems related to accounts payable
Requirements
+ 5 years of leadership experience in the fields of Accounting and Finance
+ 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and related fields ( familiarity with billing process, cash applications, cash collection, trade finance)
Knowledge of accounting principles and EU regulations
Knowledge of MS Office applications especially ability to perform complex analysis in Excel and accounting/ ERP systems, with strong proficiency in the SAP FI/MM module
The ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for best practices and improvements
Experience in Leading Accounting Transitions
Very good command of English language with excellent communication skills (C1)
Able to multi-task and work with a diverse international team while consistently delivering excellent customer service
Demonstrated leadership skills: influential and confident in leading international meetings; driven for results, effective planning/prioritization, project management
