Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management. This role involves working closely with clients, sourcing niche talent, and ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes across technology and non-technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand client requirements, business goals, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Identify and engage candidates for niche and critical roles
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, industry trends, and hiring needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular hiring updates

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters
  • Contribute to building a collaborative and performance-driven team environment
  • Support and manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring initiatives

Delivery & Performance

  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire
  • Work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve hiring goals
  • Adapt to changing hiring needs and take ownership of delivery outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate management
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting
  • Experience hiring for niche or specialized roles
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
