Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 24 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong networking skills
