We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for Digital Marketing and MarTech roles. This role requires someone who can work independently, partner closely with hiring managers, and bring a strategic, data-driven approach to talent acquisition-leveraging AI tools and modern sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing & MarTech roles (SEO, Performance Marketing, CRM, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and X-ray search
- Use AI tools and automation for sourcing, screening, and improving hiring efficiency
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to continuously optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and drive closures within defined timelines
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, X-ray search, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-powered recruiting tools or strong willingness to adopt them
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in startup, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus
