Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based out of Chennai. This role entails executing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with leadership to optimize hiring strategies, and building strong employer branding initiatives. Key responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will also strategize and engage in proactive efforts to build a talent pipeline aligned with organizational growth plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong capabilities in Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
• Experience in Hiring and onboarding processes
• Knowledge and expertise in Employer Branding practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Prior experience in all the relevant sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
