This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on IT recruitment. The person should hold strong recruiting skills to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier IT talent at scale. The role is hybrid, based in Gurugram,
Qualifications
- 4+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in IT recruitment
- Preferably from Staffing organization
- Experience in Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Knowledge of Hiring processes for IT recruitment to meet high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
- Expertise in Employer Branding to enhance company reputation and attract talented professionals.
- Strong Recruiting skills to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier IT talent at scale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment pipelines.
- Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
