What You will Do -
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Effectively sell the role and our company brand to prospective candidates.
- Thoroughly screen resumes, evaluating career progression, gaps, and education history.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processfrom sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Utilize a mix of sourcing channels, with a strong focus on social media recruitment and employer branding.
- Proactively engage employees to generate high-quality referrals.
- Manage recruitment data, providing insights through reports and dashboards.
