Experience: 4+ years in IT Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling end to end recruitment process

2. Specifically hands on experience on IT Skills - Development, Application, Niche and Generic

3. Must have exposure of IT/ IT Infrastructure /Telecom & BFSI domains.

4 Should be able to handle Multiple clients at a time as single point of contact for hiring needs.

5 Should be able to develop & update Job description & Job specifications with minimal Information

6. Conducting preliminary interviews and Screening best-fit candidates for open positions.

7 Should have worked for senior-level hiring needs.

8 Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring managers.

9. Should have exposure of latest industry trends & Social Media Platforms & other hiring source tools for hiring needs.

10. Should be aware of CTC Survey analysis.

11. Should be able to Manage & achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity.

12. Act as a single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders to build influential relationship. 13. Provide Analytical & well documented reports.

Desired Skill:

1. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills with a higher motivation level.

2. Proven prior work experience in IT industry.

3. Must be Well Familiar with Recruitment/HR Software.

4. Hands-on Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.

5. Should have a Solution based, Process-oriented Approach

6. Strong Decision-Making skills.

Relevant Experience:

IT Infra or Cyber Security or Social Media Sourcing experience.
