Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The candidate will develop and enhance employer branding strategies, build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and maintain effective hiring practices. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Experience with Hiring and Interviewing strategies tailored to meet organizational needs
  • Ability to develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives that attract top talent
  • Strong Recruiting expertise to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in remote team hiring and supporting diverse global teams is a plus
