Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle support calls from global users across multiple locations
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office apps (emphasis on Office 365) and Microsoft OS
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, SharePoint, Exchange, and hardware issues
  • Deploy OS and applications to desktops and laptops using SCCM
  • Troubleshoot virtual machine issues through SCVMM tool
  • Provide remote support for all software and hardware issues
  • Understand basic networking and LAN infrastructure for troubleshooting
  • Prepare and maintain a knowledge base for all critical issues handled by the team
  • Work independently in shifts (24/7) and manage multiple tasks proactively
  • Collaborate with global teams and support US-based customers when required
