Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle support calls from global users across multiple locations
Provide technical support for Microsoft Office apps (emphasis on Office 365) and Microsoft OS
Manage Active Directory accounts, SharePoint, Exchange, and hardware issues
Deploy OS and applications to desktops and laptops using SCCM
Troubleshoot virtual machine issues through SCVMM tool
Provide remote support for all software and hardware issues
Understand basic networking and LAN infrastructure for troubleshooting
Prepare and maintain a knowledge base for all critical issues handled by the team
Work independently in shifts (24/7) and manage multiple tasks proactively
Collaborate with global teams and support US-based customers when required
