Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for IAM and certificate management/PKI projects.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Facilitate requirement clarification sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with MSPs, solution architects, Azure teams, security teams, Okta, and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support solution design and development; ensure alignment with documented requirements.
  • Conduct and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support to stakeholders.
  • Track and report project status, risks, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Zero Trust framework, group policies, authentication, and authorization models.
  • Stay updated on industry IAM best practices and trends.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in product/business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with C#, .NET, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience with PKI, certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi).
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and associated modules.
  • Expertise in Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure AD), Entra ID, MFA, federation, and conditional access policies.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, and access control principles.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools.
  • SQL and data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
