Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable SQL Server database systems.
- Lead data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with development teams for seamless DB integration.
- Maintain database standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex DB issues and optimize performance.
- Implement robust security and compliance frameworks.
- Mentor junior DB professionals.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 10+ years of SQL Server experience.
- Advanced T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with high availability (Clustering, Mirroring, Always-On).
- Hands-on with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL tools.
- Azure SQL / AWS RDS experience.
- Strong knowledge of security, BI, and DW concepts.
