  Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce ServiceMax Development skilled in Lightning Web Components and Apex to drive advanced service management solutions


  Job Description 


  Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce ServiceMax solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to service management Customize Salesforce ServiceMax modules to enhance field service operations and improve customer satisfaction Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices Stay updated with the latest Salesforce ServiceMax features and industry trends to recommend improvements Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities to ensure quality and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce ServiceMax environments Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce development standards Contribute to documentation of technical specifications design decisions and user guides Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internal external



Roles and Responsibilities 


    Lead the endtoend development lifecycle of Salesforce ServiceMax projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Architect advanced solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex to meet evolving business needs Collaborate with product owners business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes and implementing automation within Salesforce ServiceMax Manage integration of Salesforce ServiceMax with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime or disruptions Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and Salesforce best practices throughout development Provide expert support during production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
