About Position:

As a Project Manager Solution Train Engineer, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the delivery of complex, largescale digital solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Acting as a senior servant leader and coach within a SAFe environment, you will enable alignment, collaboration, and continuous value delivery across teams, technology, and business stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of Agile program execution, Salesforce solution delivery, and enterprisescale transformation, with a strong focus on innovation, governance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and facilitate solutionlevel SAFe events, including PrePI and PostPI Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and crosstrain synchronization ceremonies.
  • Coordinate and align multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex programs.
  • Identify, track, and proactively resolve crossteam and crosstrain dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring uninterrupted flow of value.
  • Partner with Solution Management, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee Program Increment (PI) execution, monitoring progress, facilitating backlog refinement across teams, and supporting release readiness and communication.
  • Drive Salesforcebased solution delivery, including configuration, customization, integration, and optimization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning platforms.
  • Champion LeanAgile ways of working, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leaders on SAFe principles and crossteam Agile practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report key delivery and performance metrics (velocity, predictability, team health, delivery status) to leadership and governance forums.
  • Ensure adherence to risk, control, regulatory, security, and data quality standards, acting as a point of escalation when required.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, trust, and collaboration, enabling teams to innovate and perform at scale.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 10 to 18 years of experience in Agile delivery environments, with 59 years in scaled Agile roles and 23+ years in leadership roles such as Solution Train Engineer, Lead RTE, or Agile Program Manager.
  • Strong expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) with handson experience managing Solution Trains and Agile Program Release Trains.
  • Proven experience in Salesforcebased delivery, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), testing, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, and administration
  • Proficiency with Agile and ALM tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or Azure DevOps, including automation for reporting and dependency tracking.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card (BFSI) domain is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse groups across business, technology, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors aligned to LEAD principles: Listen and be authentic, Energize and inspire, align across the enterprise, Develop others
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • SAFe STE or SAFe RTE certification is highly preferred; Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.
