Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management-2 to join our Account Level Management (ALM) team within Global Consumer Products & Processing. Reporting to the VP of ALM, you will be crucial in managing client relationships and analytical solutions related to ALM. This role requires a deep understanding of transaction processing and the credit card industry, coupled with strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with regional teams and internal stakeholders, managing multiple priorities to drive strategic client relationships and solution deployment.
The Role
As a Senior Specialist, Product Management-2, you will:
- Lead Analytical Solutions: Drive the development and execution of analytical solutions across multiple customers.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with our regional lead in the US to ensure accurate execution of customer contract terms.
- Client Engagement: Partner directly with customers to set up testing and validation for leveraged solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct quarterly monitoring and reporting on solution validity as a key measure of success.
- Relationship Management: Manage client relationships regarding solution deployment and its impacts, while identifying opportunities to scale solutions and improve customer penetration in partnership with the ALM Product Lead.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across diverse internal global stakeholders and regional partners, effectively managing multiple priorities and demands.
- Industry Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of transaction processing and the payments card industry's evolution into a digital footprint.
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrate discipline in prioritizing efforts and comfortably manage through ambiguity. You will use strong communication skills to refine and adjust messaging to gain support and sponsorship from Executive Management, and drive execution and alignment with Regional Teams.
All About You
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, product management, or a related field (required). A Master's Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Python or R, Hive, Tableau, MSBI & applications, and VBA.
- Analytical Experience: Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytical techniques (preferred).
- Project Management: Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
- Industry Acumen: Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends.
