Senior Specialist

The QlikSense Architect is responsible for support and maintenance of Qlik environments across OnPrem and/or GCP platforms. This role involves handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing changes, and ensuring Qlik Platform performance, security, and availability in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities:

QlikSense Administration (including Qlik Management Console/QMC)

Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Cloud Administration

Good Communication and Interpretation Skills

Experience with infra automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, batch scripting)

Troubleshooting and resolving OS, application, and networking issues

User and security management in Qlik

Upgrades, patches, Disaster Recovery and environment monitoring for Qlik

Knowledge of LDAP authentication and SSL implementation

Managing data connections, extensions, and scheduling (Nprinting)

Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts and should have experience with Business Intelligence projects

GCP/AWS skills (preferred)

Understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in 24x7 support with on-call rotation.
