We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the deployment and maintenance of projects across various regions, ensuring adherence to DevOps and Dev SecOps standards and practices.
- Act as the first line of defense for issues, analyzing and resolving problems to minimize downtime. This can range from simple fixes to complex, multi-step solutions.
- Respond to incoming support requests and incidents from end-users, documenting them, and tracking them to resolution.
- Work with development teams to identify and fix bugs, and with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide support outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Build and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Utilize IAC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure through code, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Integrate automated security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SonarQube) into CI/CD pipelines to identify vulnerabilities early in the development cycle.
- Integrate automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, functional, and performance tests, to ensure software quality at different stages of development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with setting up end-to-end devops pipelines and automation, specifically using modern tools and frameworks like GitHub actions, Terraform for infra provisioning, Ansible for config management, etc
- Experience with cloud platforms- AWS and GCP for deploying and managing applications.
- Proficiency in Git, including experience with submodules and managing complex repository structures.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- In-depth understanding of branching strategies and their implementation in large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.
- Good to have experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack to ensure system reliability.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration, and functional testing
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience in integrating security scans into the DevOps pipeline.
- Ready to Work on support hours.
