Job Title: Senior Specialist - Centralized Monitoring Team

Location: Hyderabad, India

This role sits at the heart of Central Finance operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial data replication across multiple SAP ECC systems into CFIN. As a Senior Specialist, you will act as a data and finance problem‑solver-owning error analysis, driving root‑cause resolution, and partnering with global finance, IT, and master data teams to support smooth period‑end closes and reliable financial reporting for dsm‑firmenich.

Your key responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring & Error Resolution
  Own end‑to‑end monitoring of AIF replication errors between SAP ECC systems and the Central Finance (CFIN) platform
• Root Cause Analysis
  Analyze errors and classify them across data, mapping, functional, and technical dimensions to ensure sustainable fixes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  Partner closely with Master Data, IT Support, and Business teams to drive corrective actions and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Reprocessing & Reposting Activities
  Reprocess AIF messages and repost Finance and Controlling documents in CFIN to ensure clean replication and posting.
• Reconciliation & Close Support
  Perform financial and controlling document reconciliations within agreed timelines, securing sign‑offs from legal entity controllers.
• Reporting & Ticket Management
  Manage Remedy tickets within SLAs and prepare dashboards tracking error volumes, resolution timelines, and ticket status.

• Apply hands‑on expertise in SAP FICO, master data governance, and Central Finance mapping frameworks.
• Demonstrate strong root‑cause analysis skills to address complex cross‑system replication issues independently.
• Communicate clearly with global stakeholders across regions, cultures, and technical proficiency levels.
• Support period‑end close activities by resolving issues quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Use MS Excel and Power BI to analyze trends, track performance, and present meaningful insights.
• Lead assigned workstreams with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and accountability.
