Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
• Strong understanding of Indian job market trends, including compensation, benefits, and talent availability
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
