Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:Code, unit test, and build high-performance TRIRIGA applications.
Design innovative solutions within TRIRIGA builder tools and platform.
System Integration:Integrate TRIRIGA with other ERP systems using Java and TRIRIGA tools.
Functional Expertise:Demonstrate strong knowledge in TRIRIGA modules, including Lease Management, Capital Projects, and Facility Management.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
Design & User Experience:Translate complex requirements into user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
Use prototypes strategically to validate and evolve user experiences.
Lead narrative design and storytelling to communicate business impact across teams.
Mentorship & Leadership:Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and functional best practices.
Influence product roadmaps and advance TRIRIGA maturity across initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication:Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
Clearly communicate design intent, trade-offs, and value to non-technical audiences.
