Job Description:

Primary Skills:

1. Experience in C#. NET programming along with WPF, WCF in multithreading, compiler tools and network protocols on developing Windows Desktop Applications

2. Experience in C, C++, VC++ programming in any of Microsoft technologies,

3. Experience in COM, DCOM, XML

4. Experience in functional safety or high integrity software development

5. Experience in formal software development methodologies and unit testing

6. Experience in Agile Development Model, V Model, Waterfall Model

7. Experience in Security Development Lifecycle

8. Experience in VS2012, VS2015, VS2017, VS2019, VS2020, VS2022

9. Experience in Team Foundation Server, CM Synergy etc.

Secondary Skills:

1. Experience in Microprocessor based development; real-time, embedded, RTOS based development; Assembly programming and any Hardware knowledge is a plus

2. Experience of working to IEC, ISO, IEEE or CMM standards and with requirements engineering, configuration management, UML Modelling, unit testing and code enforcement tools is a plus

3. Excellent soft-skills such as problem solving, communication, interpersonal and team playing.

Description of position Responsibilities:

• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
• Internally recognized specialist on complex technical and business matters.
• Having wide-ranging experience; uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
• May develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities to be carried out by others.
• Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products, or equipment when necessary data are insufficient or confirmation by testing is advisable. Usually performs as a staff advisor and consultant as to a technical specialty, a type of facility or equipment, or a program function.
• Continuous contact with process and test engineers, R&D engineers and their respective management.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Group Lead).
