About Position:
We are seeking a skilled BI professional to develop and deliver endtoend Business Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data product requirements, identify the right data sources, and bring data into the Azure Corporate Data Lake (CDL). You will design and build data transformation pipelines using Databricks and create impactful Power BI dashboards that support datadriven decisionmaking. The position also includes supporting existing solutions, monitoring usage, and driving continuous improvements to enhance user satisfaction and business value.

What You'll Do:
- Work on various deliverables related to regional and local BI solutions.
- Work with business to understand a BI and data product requirement.
- Identify right sources of data and understand the data with business data analysts.
- Get the required data in CDL (Azure Corporate Data Lake) platform.
- Build data transformation (Data Bricks) to develop the required data sets and data product.
- Build data visualization (Power BI) utilizing the data in CDL.
- Support developed solution.
- Monitor usage and user satisfaction (continuous improvement).
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in endtoend BI solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Handson expertise with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating data pipelines and integrating diverse data sources.
- Proficiency in Databricks for building scalable data transformations and preparing analytical datasets.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and building intuitive, businessready dashboards.
- Solid SQL knowledge to query, analyze, and validate datasets across multiple environments.
- Ability to work closely with business and data teams to translate requirements into highquality data products.
- Experience working with cloud data architectures, especially on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong communication skills in English, enabling clear collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Familiarity with DataStage, MicroStrategy, and Lean & Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
