Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (ReactJS and Java)

Scope:

• A Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack is responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-grade web applications. They play a key role in translating business and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and maintainable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, while also supporting backend development in Java.

Our current technical environment:

• Cloud Infrastructure: The supply chain solutions are hosted on cloud platforms like OCI and AWS, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and real-time data processing.

• Programming Languages and Frameworks: Frontend development primarily uses ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Backend services are developed using Java (Spring, Hibernate).

• UI Frameworks and Libraries: Modern UI development uses frameworks such as React, ExtJS, and state management libraries such as Mobx.

• Build and Development Tools: Tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and modern package management systems are used for efficient UI development and build optimization.

• Database Technologies: Relational databases such as Oracle is used, along with MariaDB and Singlestore for the datawarehouse solutions.

• Integration and API Technologies: RESTful APIs and SOAP are commonly used for integrating various supply chain components.

• Data Analytics and AI: Machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI are often embedded to provide predictive insights and optimize supply chain processes. Technologies like TensorFlow or PyTorch, along with tools for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), are commonly involved.

• Architecture: Applications follow component-based architecture, modular UI design, and microservices-based backend integration to ensure scalability and maintainability.

• Security: Technologies like SSL/TLS encryption, OAuth for secure API access, and advanced authentication protocols are used to safeguard sensitive data in the supply chain.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Translate UX designs and product requirements into responsive and intuitive UI components.

• Develop reusable UI components and frontend frameworks to accelerate development across projects.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and enterprise services.

• Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve engineering productivity, including support for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues, production defects, and performance bottlenecks.

• Mentor and guide junior developers on frontend best practices, component architecture, and coding standards.

• Collaborate with UX designers, Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality user experience.

What we are looking for:

• Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related

• Experience is minimum 4 + - 8 years in frontend or UI development

• Experience inBuilding large-scale enterprise web applications

• Modern frontend development using ReactJSa

• Full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support)

• Consuming and integrating REST APIs

• Developing responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications

• Core Java to support integration of frontend applications and backend services.

• Working with version control systems (Git) and agile development environments

• Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Component-based architecture and reusable UI design

• State management libraries such as Redux or Context API

• Frontend performance optimization

• Responsive design and UI/UX best practices

• Unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library

• Debugging and troubleshooting complex UI issues
