As a Senior Software Engineer - Integration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration strategy and architecture for our organization. Your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud will be instrumental in leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects. Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and development using Oracle Integration Cloud, focusing on end-to-end integrations.
- Architect and implement REST, SOAP, File, and Event-driven integrations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Define and establish integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
- Implement robust security measures, including OAuth2, mTLS, OCI Signature, and Basic Auth, to protect data and systems.
- Handle complex payload scenarios, such as multipart, attachments, large files, and AVRO/XML/JSON, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Design fault-tolerant systems with effective logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure high availability.
- Conduct thorough architecture and code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of OIC developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Own sprint planning, provide accurate estimations, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to align integration efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with a proven track record of leading successful integration projects.
- Expertise in designing and developing complex integrations, including REST, SOAP, File, and Event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and security considerations.
- Experience with implementing and managing security protocols, such as OAuth2, mTLS, and OCI Signature.
- Proficiency in handling complex payloads and data formats, including AVRO, XML, and JSON.
- Ability to conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring high-quality integration solutions.
- Excellent mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of guiding and developing junior developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning, with a focus on accurate estimations and timely delivery.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with the latest integration technologies and trends.
