Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that contribute to innovative healthcare products and improved user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient applications.
Apply expertise in software architecture, coding, debugging, and performance optimization to drive product success.
Develop enhancements within existing software architectures and occasionally propose architectural improvements.
Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
Contribute to code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and maintainable codebases.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of fixes and updates.
Support the integration, deployment, and operationalization of applications through CI/CD processes.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, particularly in healthcare and AI domains.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing development efficiency and software quality.
Document software designs, development processes, and system functionalities for effective knowledge sharing.
Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
