About The Role

This role requires strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), along with proven experience designing and supporting ServiceNow integrations. The position is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, asset lifecycle processes, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub to support downstream processes.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, client scripts, business rules, widgets, and other platform features.
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) health, including asset-to-CI relationships.
  • Enhance employee experience through user-friendly service catalogs and automation of asset-related workflows.
  • Create and use the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate integrations, ITAM processes, and platform changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (ITAM, Service Delivery, Security, Finance) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow functionality and integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 46 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong, demonstrable experience in ITAM (HAM and SAM); ITSM experience is beneficial.
  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, Platform Analytics.
  • Experience working with CSDM, CMDB, service catalogs, ATF, and asset-related data models.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication , interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
