About The Role
This position performs moderately in the ServiceNow platform, including ITAM modules, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining various ServiceNow applications and integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, client scripts, business rules, widgets, and other platform features.
- Configure and manage ITAM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Design and implement Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Improve employee experience through the development of user-friendly service catalogs and automated workflows.
- Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITAM modules and ITSM is good to have.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, and Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience with CSDM, employee experience, ATF, service catalogs, and CMDB. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
