Work efficiently on transactional finance and accounting processes.
Support AP invoice processing ensuring timely and accurate transaction completion.
Handle multiple transactional processes concurrently.
Create and maintain process documentation; monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for supported projects.
Maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Proactively manage and resolve customer issues related to support requirements.
