Job Description

The Sales Support Lead B2B Key Accounts is responsible for managing corporate accounts—including contracts, billing updates, and collections—for our preschool network. The role ensures smooth execution of B2B relationships through operational coordination and data-driven sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update client profiles, pricing agreements, contracts, and child enrolment data in CRM systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on enrolments, revenue realization, and renewal forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling such as new centers, extended hours, or learning programs.
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-ups in coordination with finance and center teams.

Process & Quality Management

  • Streamline workflows for B2B client onboarding, feedback loops, and renewals.
  • Standardize communication templates, reporting formats, and documentation.
  • Maintain trackers on account growth, invoicing, and collections.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing for client-specific events, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Provide feedback from clients to curriculum and operations teams for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and allocate B2B leads among team members.
  • Liaise with finance for compliance, reconciliations, and account management support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or MBA (preferred) in Business Administration or Sales.
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B client servicing, key account support, or operations.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint reporting.
  • Knowledge of preschool operations, parent engagement, and service delivery models is a plus.
