Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React-based frameworks.
- Develop SSR/SSG applications using Next.js.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional code.
Backend Development
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and/or Java.
- Implement business logic, authentication, and data integrations.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data handling.
Full Stack Collaboration
- Participate in end-to-end feature development—from design to deployment.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical discussions.
Performance & Quality
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Debug issues and improve system performance.
- Follow secure coding practices and standards.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Technology Stack: Selecting programming languages, frameworks, and databases
- Code Quality: Establishing coding standards, testing strategies, and code review practices
- Security: Implementing authentication, authorization, and data protection measures
- Development & Deployment: Setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing version control, and optimizing
performance
- Collaboration: Selecting tools for communication and project management and maintaining
documentation
- Product Evolution: Prioritizing feature development and managing technical debt

- Communication and Collaboration:
- Ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams is vital, particularly in remote setups, using
tools and practices that promote clear information flow and mutual understanding

- Maintaining high code quality and thorough testing is critical. SDE should implement CI/CD practices,
ensure comprehensive test coverage, and address technical debt proactively, balancing the need for
rapid delivery with long-term maintainability and reliability of the software

Required Qualifications And Experience
Work Experience: 3 – 4.5 years
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend frameworks like ReactJS / Next.js.
- Basic to intermediate experience with SolidJS (good to have but not mandatory).
- Hands-on backend experience with Node.js.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Tools & Technologies
- Version control using Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Exposure to Docker or containerization is a plus.
Soft Skills
