Senior Full Stack Engineer Job Description

As a Senior FS Engineer, you are a skilled and experienced full stack developer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering quality software, and collaborating closely with teammates. You bring strong coding, debugging, and system design skills across both backend and frontend technologies.

You have a deep understanding of .NET (C#) and Angular, and you are comfortable working in cloud-native environments, particularly on AWS. You think critically about architecture and design, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.

You're a strong communicator and collaborator — able to explain your decisions clearly, review others code thoughtfully, and contribute meaningfully to discussions about system design and product direction. You take pride in writing clean, efficient, and testable code, and you enjoy mentoring others when opportunities arise.

You see the big picture but aren't afraid to dive deep into the details to debug tough issues and deliver elegant, practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack software solutions using .NET (C#) for backend

services, Angular for front-end applications, and PostGresDB for data storage.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to translate business

requirements into technical solutions.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software that meets performance and

security standards.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to modern software engineering

best practices.

• Contribute to cloud-native architectures, deploying and maintaining applications in

AWS (experience with Azure or GCP also valued).

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to

ensure quality and consistency.

• Debug and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term

fixes.

• Collaborate in CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI or similar tools (GitHub Actions,

Jenkins).

• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, bringing forward innovative

ideas to improve systems and processes.

• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to strengthen the overall technical

capability of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and Angular, with a deep understanding of modern

development frameworks and tools.

• Experience with cloud-native development and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with PostGresDB, MSSQL, Oracle or other modern database technologies.

• Strong grasp of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and API

development.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git).

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade or financial systems.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized applications (Docker,

Kubernetes).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Exposure to test automation and continuous integration best practices.

• Passion for mentoring peers and contributing to team-wide engineering improvements.

• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and contribute to architectural discussions

and decisions.
