Key Responsibilities
- Author, edit, and publish high-quality digital content using Sitecore CMS
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines across platforms
- Optimize content for SEO and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to execute content strategies
- Maintain and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Use analytics and user behavior insights to improve content performance and engagement
- Participate in content planning and calendar management for campaigns and updates
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate content presentation and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues within Sitecore CMS
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and user insights
- Stay updated with latest Sitecore features and best practices
- Contribute to automation and process improvements in content operations
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (Authoring)
- Experience working with Contentful or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization
- Familiarity with content lifecycle management and publishing workflows
- Experience in UAT and content validation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
