Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across channels (social media, email, SEO, paid campaigns)
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies to build brand presence
- Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance using data and optimize for ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations)
- Build and maintain brand positioning and messaging consistency
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in startups, tech, or AI-driven companies)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Experience with performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication and content strategy skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B marketing or AI/tech domain
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Experience in employer branding or LinkedIn growth
