About the Role

We are building a scalable, AI-first B2B platform and internal productivity tools.

Your core responsibility is backend development, with GenAI features embedded into business logic, search, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy GenAI / RAG features through secure, scalable REST APIs

Create LLM-powered microservices using Node.js / Python

Implement semantic vector search using OpenSearch / Redis

Develop backend services using Node.js / FAST API

Design optimized PostgreSQL schemas with strong indexing

Handle real-time data using Kafka and message queues (Bull / RabbitMQ)

Use Redis for caching and performance improvements

Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across systems

Monitor and improve search and model relevance

Work with frontend/mobile teams to integrate AI smoothly

Think creatively and design smart technical solutions

AWS knowledge is a plus
