Your Day

Plan, architect, and build scalable design systems that power critical business workflows.
Investigate and fix performance issues across our data stack (Postgres, MongoDB, Elastic, Redis), ensuring reliability and speed.
Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical deep-dives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define engineering priorities that align with business objectives.
Take end-to-end ownership of core systems-ensuring they're well-documented, resilient, and easy to evolve.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies or frameworks to improve system efficiency and scalability.
