Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate.
• Core Java Expertise: Apply strong fundamental clarity in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns to build scalable and maintainable code.
• Coding Standards: Ensure adherence to Java 8+ syntaxes and best coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead and provide guidance and direction to a team of senior and junior developers at offshore, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Project Delivery: Take on challenges and deliver high-quality work, even under tight schedules, demonstrating a proven track record of successful software delivery.
• Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member within a minimum team size of 3, collaborating with peers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Mandatory Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Data Structures.
• Core Java Fundamentals: Strong understanding and clarity on Core Java concepts.
• OOP & Design Patterns: Good experience in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Java 8+: Very comfortable with Java 8+ syntaxes and modern Java features.
• Communication: Good command of both written and spoken English for effective team and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of software development experience, with significant focus on Java technologies.
• Proven experience in leading development teams, especially offshore resources.
