Job Responsibilities:

u2022 Lead the technical strategy and execution for technology Transformation initiatives.

u2022This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and innovative healthcare solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and driving adoption of real-time, API-driven, and cloud-native platforms.

u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

u2022Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

u2022 Mentor senior engineers and promote best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

u2022 Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

u2022 Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

u2022 Champion automation and performance optimization initiatives.

u2022Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern, API-driven architectures.

u2022Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions.

u2022Develop integration strategies for APIs, and third-party services.

u2022Optimize system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance for high-volume transactions.

Experience & Qualifications:

u2022Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

u202214+ years of experience in programming skills in Java, Python, Erlang.

u2022Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture.

u2022Experience with API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

u2022Microservices and Event-Driven-Architecture

u2022GenAI, Agentic AI, Co-pilot, Automation

u2022Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for application modernization.

u2022Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across platforms.u2022Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

u2022Ability to influence technical decisions and drive consensus across teams.


Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
