Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Lead the technical strategy and execution for technology Transformation initiatives.

.This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and innovative healthcare solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and driving adoption of real-time, API-driven, and cloud-native platforms.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

.Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

. Mentor senior engineers and promote best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

. Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

. Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

. Champion automation and performance optimization initiatives.

.Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern, API-driven architectures.

.Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions.

.Develop integration strategies for APIs, and third-party services.

.Optimize system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance for high-volume transactions.

Experience & Qualifications:

.Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

.14+ years of experience in programming skills in Java, Python, Erlang.

.Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture.

.Experience with API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

.Microservices and Event-Driven-Architecture

.GenAI, Agentic AI, Co-pilot, Automation

.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for application modernization.

.Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across platforms..Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

.Ability to influence technical decisions and drive consensus across teams.


Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
