Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Oversee content ideation, creation, and distribution across platforms
- Drive innovative campaigns by identifying trends, audience behavior, and emerging social media opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, performance) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media deliverables, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, in a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
