Job Overview
We are looking for a SeniorSocial Media Executive who can strategize, execute, and manage social media operations across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, team handling, client coordination, and performance-driven social media growth.
You will be responsible for leading a team of social media executives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, and driving measurable results aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Create content calendars, campaign ideas, and platform-wise strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of social media executives and designers.
- Allocate tasks, set timelines, and ensure quality control
- Conduct regular reviews and performance feedback
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Present strategies, reports, and campaign performance to clients
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication
Content & Execution
- Oversee content creation including captions, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns
- Ensure brand tone, consistency, and visual quality across platforms
- Review and approve posts before publishing
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and growth
- Analyze insights and optimize strategies based on data
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Paid & Collaborations (Good to Have)
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams for paid campaigns
- Manage influencer collaborations and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience in team handling and client servicing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & emerging platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Creative thinking with a performance-oriented mindset
