RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Review structural, architectural, and service drawings and execute site works accordingly.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments for seamless execution.
- Monitor progress against schedule and report daily/weekly updates to the project manager.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Manage site resources u2013 manpower, materials, and equipment u2013 efficiently.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and escalate major deviations when required.
- Support in quantity measurements, contractor billing, and documentation.
Requirements Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Sound understanding of safety protocols, QA/QC procedures, and local construction norms.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in real estate or construction projects involving residential high-rises, commercial spaces, or infrastructure.
- Exposure to MEP coordination and finishing stages of construction.
- Familiarity with IS codes, regulatory standards, and local building bye-laws.
