About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to automate workflows, enhance IT service management processes, and improve platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Build and optimize Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Design automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with CMDB and Asset Management modules.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform system enhancements.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and platform improvements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience with ITSM modules
- Knowledge of Flow Designer / Workflow Automation
- Experience with Service Catalog development
- Experience with REST / SOAP integrations
- Understanding of CMDB and Asset Management
- Knowledge of ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience working in Agile environments
