Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.
Work on REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
Build Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation
Participate in requirements analysis and solution design
Support instance upgrades, code reviews, and best practices
Troubleshoot platform issues and improve performance
