About the Role:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the technical and strategic aspects of SEO to boost organic visibility, improve website performance, and support business growth. This position is ideal for an individual with strong technical SEO expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving website errors promptly, with hands-on experience managing Google Search Console notifications and swiftly implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth website audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
- Optimize technical aspects of the website including robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical tags, hreflang, core web vitals, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO-friendly code, resolve technical roadblocks, and ensure best practices.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms.
- Provide monthly reports on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, crawl stats, and technical SEO health.
- Identify opportunities to improve site architecture, content strategy, and backlink profile to support ranking and visibility goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and search engine best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a focus on Technical SEO.
- Proven track record of improving organic search performance for high-traffic websites.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
