Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Compliance Management: Implement and monitor building procedures and performance measures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • On-site Service Improvement: Enhance site operations by promoting best practices and developing improved processes for efficiency.
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and property compliance standards across all operations.

  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage site budgets, accounting, forecasting, and financial operations effectively.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and contractual obligations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Support employee growth through coaching, training, and performance management while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Performance Excellence: Ensure high team motivation, strong work ethics, and continuous service improvement across operations.
