Engineer: Solutions QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in test planning with Solution Architects for Integration, UAT, and HAT scenarios.
• Verify JSONs and conduct solution testing.
• Develop automated test scripts for functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Assist in ramp-up and enablement of support teams.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards.
• Act as the first level of debugging for solutions and internal customers.
• Understand solutions thoroughly and help make them robust.
• Demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, and initiative in trial-and-error activities across client delivery stages.
