Job Description
As a Senior Security Engineer, he will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and processes while leading a team of DevOps and Developers to ensure the highest level of security and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a Level 3 support team of 3-4 DevOps and Developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex security and infrastructure issues.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in security engineering and DevOps processes.
Security Engineering & Architecture
- Design, develop, review and Implement secure network infrastructure and system architectures.
- Implement and manage Identity Aware Proxy and Identity Management solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
Development & Automation
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient systems using goLang, Kubernetes, Python, and RobinIO.
- Automate security processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in security engineering and DevOps.
Incident Management & Problem Solving
- Lead the investigation and resolution of security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high-quality standards.
Soft Skills & Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
