Job Description : Senior Security Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in threat detection, incident response, and end-to-end security practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security frameworks across network, application, and infrastructure layers
- Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents effectively
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations
- Develop and maintain cloud security strategies and controls
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and manage threat detection and prevention systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security in the SDLC
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Strong knowledge of network security and protocols
- Hands-on experience in incident response and threat analysis
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in application security and secure coding practices
- Knowledge of infrastructure security and hardening techniques
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and security monitoring systems
