Job Description
The
Lead IT Architect is responsible for designing and guiding modern enterprise web platforms with a strong focus on
React, Next.js, and Node.js. The role ensures clean, scalable UI architecture, seamless backend integration, and secure, high‑performance solutions using headless and microservices-based designs across cloud platforms.
The architect works with business, security, and engineering teams to create reliable, scalable solutions that meet organizational requirements. This includes assessing SaaS applications for technical fit, designing integration architectures with Honeywell systems, and developing plans to connect existing applications to address business needs.
You will collaborate with development teams and provide design oversight during projects. Additionally, the Lead IT Architect ensures solutions align with the company's strategic goals in both business and IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualification and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on development and architectural leadership in enterprise web applications.
- Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Architect / Senior Technical Lead , with deep understanding of headless and microservices-based architectures.
- Strong expertise in React and Next.js frameworks, with solid Node.js backend development experience.
- Design and development of scalable, reusable UI components and design systems.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive UI design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Performance optimization for UI (SSR/SSG, lazy loading, code splitting, SEO).
- Strong integration background, including frontend-to-backend integration, enterprise systems, and third‑party APIs.
- Deep understanding of RESTful services, API design, and integration patterns.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying applications and microservices on public cloud platforms, primarily Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of containerization, serverless architectures, cloud security, encryption, and SQL databases.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Experience presenting architecture designs and supporting artifacts to enterprise architecture councils, business stakeholders, and cyber security teams, and incorporating feedback.
- Ability to guide development teams in creating low-level designs and implementation plans.
- Experience defining and maintaining architecture patterns and reference architectures reusable across initiatives.
- Strong experience of API gateways, middleware platforms, and low-code / no-code platforms is an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive and lead large-scale architecture or delivery programs end-to-end, from concept through successful implementation
- Technology / Platform Expertise:
- React and NEXTJS Framework, NODEJS, Microservice and any API SaaS platform
